Patience is a skilled finance and accounting professional with a strong background in financial reporting, tax compliance, and data analysis. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from Makerere University and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Uganda Management Institute (UMI), complemented by specialized training in Taxation and Compliance on (PAYE, VAT, Income Tax, NSSF) and Digital Tax Systems (EFRIS) from the Uganda Revenue Authority. Over the years, Patience has held key finance positions at Tree Adoption Uganda (TAU), The Community Empowerment Network (TCEN), and the Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS), where she demonstrated exceptional skills in financial planning, auditing, and compliance management.
As Chief Finance Officer at Africa Conservation Program (ACP), Patience oversees the organization’s financial strategy, reporting, and compliance frameworks, ensuring transparency and fiscal discipline in all operations. She is a signatory to ACP’s bank accounts, a responsibility that reflects her integrity and proven financial management credibility over the past 3 years. Patience continues to lead the implementation of digital accounting systems, strengthen accountability structures, and align ACP’s financial management with its broader conservation mission—driving sustainable growth through precision, transparency, and trust.
